International Overdose Awareness Day
Join us for an evening of remembrance and reflection at First United Methodist Church, 318 National Road West in Richmond, IN, from 5:30–7:30 PM. Together, we will honor and remember those we have lost to overdose.
This meaningful event will include a tribute to loved ones lost in 2025 and in previous years, as well as powerful stories from individuals in recovery and those impacted by substance use. Local organizations will be present with resource tables to offer support, information, and connection.
Light refreshments will be provided.
All are welcome as we come together in remembrance, support, and hope.

National Night Out is a nationwide event that brings law enforcement and the community together to strengthen relationships, promote neighborhood safety, and celebrate the partnerships that make Richmond a great place to live.
Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and community engagement! Meet officers from the Richmond Police Department, explore police vehicles and specialized equipment, enjoy demonstrations, interact with local public safety agencies and community organizations, and take part in activities for all ages.
Whether you're meeting your neighborhood officers, learning more about public safety, or simply spending time with family and friends, there's something for everyone at National Night Out!
This event is FREE and open to the public. We hope to see you there as we come together to build stronger relationships and safer neighborhoods.

June is Men’s Health Month, and we’re marking the occasion with a special, FREE event focused on real-life experiences.
Join us for an evening of real stories, expert advice, and simple steps you can take to live better.
• Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026
• Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Location: Lingle Grand Hall on the main Reid Health campus in Richmond, 1100 Reid Parkway
The night will begin with Keynote speaker Urologist Aaron Johnson, MD, our 2025 Rhoads Humanity in Medicine Award winner.
He’ll be followed by a powerful panel discussion featuring men talking about their own experiences including:
• Larry Harter – WATCHMAN recipient
• Doug Macias – Addiction recovery
• Auntonio Brown – Living with chronic disease
• Mark Broeker – Mental health
• Jeremy Duncan – Living with cancer
You’ll also have a chance to connect with Reid teams and community vendors offering helpful resources and information.
